Welcome to NhienHy.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the luxury private car and limousine rental services provided by Nhien Hy Private Car in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services

Nhien Hy Private Car provides premium chauffeur and VIP vehicle rental services. Our fleet includes, but is not limited to, the Mercedes E200, Mercedes V250, Mercedes S450, Mercedes-Maybach, Toyota Alphard, and luxury Limousines. We reserve the right to upgrade your booked vehicle to a higher class at no additional charge if the requested vehicle is temporarily unavailable.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, designs, and visual media on this website are the exclusive property of NhienHy.com.

  • Website Imagery: The illustrative images featured on our website are either authentic photographs taken directly by our team or generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on our real-life images.

  • Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized copying, downloading, distribution, or republishing of our images on external platforms or third-party websites is strictly prohibited. Nhien Hy Private Car holds no legal responsibility or liability for any actions, disputes, or consequences arising from the unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials by third parties.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We highly value your privacy and security.

  • Confidentiality: All personal and booking information provided by our clients is kept strictly confidential. We guarantee that your data will never be sold, leased, or disclosed to any third parties, except as required by law to process your specific booking (e.g., payment gateways).

  • Use of Client Media: Your privacy during your journey is paramount. We will never use any photographs or video footage featuring our clients for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless we have received your explicit, prior consent.

4. Booking and Contract Formation

  • Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website, email, or customer service hotline. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed contract until you receive a formal confirmation email or message from Nhien Hy.

  • Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information. We are not liable for service failures due to incorrect information.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD) and include fuel, tolls, and the chauffeur’s fee unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept multiple convenient payment methods including Cash, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Payoneer, and Direct Bank Transfer.

  • For certain high-value vehicles (such as the Maybach or S450) or peak season bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

6. Cancellation and Modification Policy

To provide the highest level of service, we enforce the following cancellation policies:

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time, or failure to meet the chauffeur (No-Show), may incur a penalty fee up to 100% of the booking value.

  • Modifications to the route or schedule during the trip may result in additional charges.

7. Ride Execution and Waiting Times

  • Airport Pickups: Our chauffeurs will track your flight status. A complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time is included.

  • Standard Pickups (Hotel/City): A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included.

  • Extra Waiting Time: If the complimentary waiting time is exceeded, additional waiting charges will apply, subject to the chauffeur’s availability.

8. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

We strive to maintain an immaculate fleet for all our VIP clients.

  • Cleanliness & Damage: Passengers are expected to treat the vehicles with care. Any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior by the client or their party will be billed directly to the client. If a vehicle requires exceptional cleaning (e.g., liquid spills, food stains), a specialized cleaning fee will be applied.

  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside all Nhien Hy vehicles.

  • Luggage & Capacity: The number of passengers and amount of luggage must not exceed the specified capacity of the booked vehicle class (e.g., standard limits apply to the Mercedes E200 vs. Toyota Alphard). The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is overloaded.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest standards of safety and punctuality, Nhien Hy Private Car shall not be held liable for delays, missed flights, or service interruptions caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, heavy traffic accidents, road closures, or force majeure).
